Marcin Pater Trio

A group formed by vibraphonist Marcin Pater, a graduate of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. The band has performed at many Polish and international festivals, such as Enter Enea Jazz Festival, Jazz on the Odra, Jazz Juniors, Sibiu Jazz Festival (Romania), Nisville Jazz Festival (Serbia), Fara Music Festival (Italy), Taichung Jazz Festival (Taiwan) and Oct-Loft Jazz Festival (China). The band's work combines jazz music with elements of rock. Having the vibraphone as the lead instrument gives originality and freshness to the group's sound. Their music is mainly composed by the band’s leader himself.
