Kasia Pietrzko Trio
Following Kasia Pietrzko's stunning debut with her trio, this pianist and composer has quickly become one of the top young artists on the Polish music scene and generated considerable interest across Europe. In 2018, she performed with the Tomasz Stańko Quartet at Alchemy in Kraków, an event that kicked off the European tour of the acclaimed artist's new quartet (a tour that was subsequently halted by his unexpected death). Following the release of her first award-winning album Forthright Stories (2017), Kasia began touring the most prestigious music stages, festivals and showcases around the world. In 2020, the trio presented their second self-penned album Ephemeral Pleasures.
